Formerly known as Vital Financial Services, the new name reflects the company’s commitment to providing community banks and credit unions with an exponentially better SBA loan servicing experience. LendXP brings additional services with expert knowledge and guidance in SBA loan servicing to provide bigger benefits and improved service to our clients.
The timing of our new brand aligns with the significant transformation that is taking place across the organization, including the hire of key employee, Giovanni DeLisi.
Giovanni DeLisi joined the team in late December of 2021 as the SVP Manager of Government Guaranteed Lending Operations. Giovanni comes to us with 20 years of experience in all aspects of SBA operations. He previously worked at several large national Preferred Lending Partner (PLP) SBA lenders and has experience in building, training, and mentoring multiple operation teams in the areas of packaging, closing, construction, post close funding, servicing and liquidation. His knowledge of the SBA’s standard operating procedures is a significant asset to the team.
